One of the largest and most prestigious urban development schemes on a 20 acre site with offices for 30,000 persons and parking for 3000 cars. This high tech complex provided an occasion to demonstrate new paradigm of urban design combined with several clusters of offices in a linear fashion.

A new form emerged, expressing the crystalline character of diamonds creating a Babylonian character located on the terraced floors. The segregation of movements – pedestrian as well as vehicular was proposed with facilities similar to those of an opera house.
